I love helping women better understand and challenge the structures and systems that have influenced how they've come to view themselves as women and the challenges they face. In our work together, we will identify thoughts and behaviours that no longer serve you, and replace them with updated and more personally truthful values that support your personal growth. 

I help women help find their voice and advocate for what they want and need to improve their mental and emotional well-being.
